Job summary

Agincare Ringwood is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help individuals with learning disabilities thrive in their community. You will provide personal care, build trust, and support daily routines with compassionate, person‑centred approaches.

Join a values-led team offering fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, a pension, and development opportunities. Applicants must have a Full UK driving licence and remaining right to work in the UK.

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Ringwood service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
