Community Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Support Worker to help ten individuals live fulfilling daily lives. You will assist with personal care, daily activities, and home management, including cooking, budgeting and shopping.
Shifts are 8am–10pm with some nights possible, under a 12-hour permanent contract. We value compassion, reliability and a willingness to learn, and we offer ongoing training, career progression, and wellbeing support.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.
Our Shifts: Various shifts between 8am - 10pm
Shift Requirement: We are mostly recruiting for day shifts at this time. Some availability for occasional nights would also be beneficial (10pm - 8am)
Contract:12-hour permanent contract
Driving License Required? No
