Agincare in Chard is hiring a Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live independently and joyfully in their community. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily routines, and accompany clients on activities from days out to holidays, respecting choices and safety.
The role offers up to £13.20 per hour, full training up to QCF Level 5, a pension, and a supportive team. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required; DBS/ training provided.

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Chard service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
