Job summary

Acuity Care Group is seeking a compassionate support worker to provide 3:1 care to a gentleman in his own home in Norfolk. The role offers round-the-clock support delivered by a small, stable team with full training provided through Acuity Academy.

You will learn and respond to unique communication cues, remain patient, kind, and reliable, and contribute to a warm, supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism, limited communication, or complex behaviors is helpful but not essential.
• Be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role.
• Willing to learn specific communication cues.
• Comfortable working within the client’s home.

Responsibilities

Shift Pattern: 8:00am - 20:00pm & 20:00pm-8:00am

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing 3:1 support to a gentalman who lives with in his own home in Norfolk.

He has Autism, Bipolar disorder & behaviors that can be preseaved as challenging. He requiresround‑the‑clock care, delivered by a consistent and understanding team.He has limited communication, and his support workers will learn to recognise and respond to his unique communication cues. Full training will be provided.

This is a rewarding role supporting a child who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around her.

Experience and Skills of a Support Worker:

• Experience with autism, limited communication, or complex behaviors is helpful but not essential.
