Job summary

Acuity Care Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Norwich to provide 2:1 support for a lady in her own home. The role requires commitment to overnight care and building trusting routines, with full training provided.

You will join a dedicated team delivering person-centred care, learning to respond to unique communication cues, and supporting daily activities within a small community setting. The position offers night shifts and a friendly, supportive environment.

Support Worker

Pay rate: £14.70 per hour

Shift Pattern: Waking nights - Monday to Sunday: 20:00pm – 8:00am.

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing 2:1 support to a bright and joyful lady who lives in thier own home in Norwich.

She hasLearning disabilties, autism, and High axietyand requiresround‑the‑clock care, delivered by a consistent and understanding team.She has repetative communication, and her support team will learn to recognise and respond to her unique communication cues. Full training will be provided.

This is a rewarding role supporting a child who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around her.

Experience and Skills of a Support Worker
