Job summary

Acuity Care Group in Totton is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide 2:1 care for a bright young woman with complex mental health and autism. You will support daily living activities, accompany outings, and ensure a safe, engaging environment.

She hasComplex Mental Health and Autism although she requiresround‑the‑clock care, This individual is a horror movie fan, thrill seeking rollercoaster rider who loves to shop, bake and sing.

This is a rewarding role supporting a lady who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around her.

Experience and Skills of a Support Worker:

• Experience with Autism or complex Mental Health needs is helpful but not essential.
• You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role
