Job summary

Liaise in Taverham is looking for caring individuals to join as Support Workers. You will assist with daily tasks, supporting vulnerable individuals in their day-to-day lives. Full training provided, including compliance training.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of care is beneficial, but no formal experience required.
  • Takes pride in working with vulnerable people.
  • Achieves all Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist those we support with daily tasks using the provided training.
  • Support in day-to-day life, including social and family visits.
  • Keep paperwork up to date for each person living in the home.
  • Work positively with colleagues and external organisations.

Overview

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant; full training and support will be given.

Hours
  • 42 hours a week
  • 8am-8pm
  • Every other weekend included
What you will be doing
  • Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
  • Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
  • Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
  • Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
What we would like you to have to be able to do it
