Job summary

Liaise East Anglia is seeking dedicated Support Workers or Care Assistants to join our team. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you support residents live happy, purposeful lives in our home.

As a Support Worker you will help with daily tasks, accompany residents on social visits, keep records up to date and work with families and external organisations to provide person-centred care.

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills.
• Takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously.
• Effective decision making and judgement.
• Strong planning and organisation skills.
• Achieves all Health & Safety standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
