Job summary

Liaise in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Support Worker or Care Assistant to help our residents lead happy, purposeful lives. Full training and ongoing support are provided to enable you to thrive in a compassionate team.

You will work day shifts on a 42-hour contract, with a fixed two-week rota and every other weekend off. We welcome applicants who value safeguarding, clear communication, and reliable planning in a supportive environment.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

Role Requirements:

• Male Candidates Only
• Day shifts only
• 42-hour contract
• 12.5-hour shifts
• Fixed rolling two-week rota
• Every other weekend off
• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Start ASAP

What you will be doing:

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
