Job summary

Liaise East Anglia is seeking compassionate Support Workers or Care Assistants to join a brand-new home supporting 5 individuals with complex needs. You’ll provide daily assistance, encourage independence and ensure a safe, happy environment.

The role offers full training, a £500 bonus scheme on joining and opportunities to develop within a caring team. DBS check is required and applications from all backgrounds are welcome.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or Care Assistant. Full training and support will be provided.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand-new home supporting 5 individuals with complex needs, helping each person to live a happy, safe, and meaningful life within a supportive and person-centred environment.

We're pleased to offer a £500 bonus scheme for new team members.

• £250 after successfully completing 3 months working with us
• An additional £250 after successful completion of your probation period

What You Will Be Doing

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day-to-day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
