Job summary

Liaise East Anglia is seeking caring individuals to join our Support Worker or Care Assistant team. We provide full training and ongoing support to help every person we assist lead a happy, purposeful life.

Day shifts are available. You will work with residents in our homes, supporting daily tasks, social visits, and outings while maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial
• Strong communication skills
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously
• Effective decision making and judgement
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Achieves all Health & Safety standards

Responsibilities

• Assist those we support with daily tasks using the training provided
• Support in day-to-day life: social visits, family visits and local outings
• Keep paperwork up to date for each person living in the home
• Collaborate with colleagues, families and external organisations to support residents

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

Day shifts available

What You Will Be Doing

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
