Job summary

Liaise East Anglia is seeking Support Workers to join our team in a full-time, day-shift role. We provide full training and support to help every person we support lead a happy, purposeful life.

Being able to travel to the location is beneficial due to the setting's location. We are looking for caring individuals with a basic understanding of care, strong communication, safeguarding awareness, and good planning and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist those we support with daily tasks using provided training.
• Support in day-to-day life: social visits, family visits, and days out to local attractions.
• Keep paperwork up to date for each person in the home.
• Work positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting residents.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

Full time days shifts available

Due to location of the setting, having your own transport would be beneficial

What You Will Be Doing

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
