Job summary

Liaise is seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide care and assistance to residents in our homes. You will help with daily tasks, accompany residents on social activities, and support families and staff to ensure a happy, purposeful life.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, safeguarding duties, and teamwork, with full training provided and opportunities to grow within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist those we support with daily tasks using the provided training.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

Full time days shifts available

Due to location of the setting, having your own transport would be beneficial

What you will be doing:

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.

What we would like you to have to be able to do it:

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial
• Strong communication skills
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously
• Effective decision making and judgement

• Achieves all Health & Safety standards
