Job summary

Oakgar Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a specialist care service in Tadley, Hampshire. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and autism, promoting independence and social participation through person-centred care.

You’ll work flexible shifts, including days, nights and sleep-ins, and the role offers ongoing training and development with NVQ Level 3 funded by the employer, plus DBS paid and wellbeing support.
