Job summary

Oakgar Recruitment is recruiting for a Support Worker in Tonbridge, Kent, to help individuals with autism, ADHD and epilepsy achieve greater independence. The role requires a person-centred approach, with shifts including days, nights and sleep-ins. You will gain an NVQ Level 3 and be supported with training and DBS checks.

A charity-based environment emphasises compassionate care. You will work either independently or as part of a team, supporting daily living skills and community activities,

The service prides itself on providing the highest level of care to individuals with autism, ADHD and epilepsy so experience within this client group would be desirable. Due to the nature of this role the ideal candidate must be flexible for a mixture of shifts including days, nights and sleep ins.
