Job summary

Oakgar Recruitment is assisting a specialist care organisation in Birchington, Kent to recruit a dedicated Support Worker. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and autism, helping them achieve greater independence and participate in the community.

Shifts include days, nights and sleep-ins, with NVQ Level 3 funded training and ongoing supervision. You will work within a friendly, caring team, taking part in regular supervision and DBS processing, and have opportunities for
