Job summary

Oakgar Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a specialist care organisation in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism. The role involves flexible shifts (days, nights, sleep-ins) and delivering person-centred care to promote independence and progression.

You will be rewarded with NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, paid enhanced DBS, early pay access, and ongoing e-learning and training. Regular supervision and a pension scheme are also offered.
