Care Connection are recruiting experienced Support Workers to support our clients in the Swindon area. As an Agency Support Worker you will cover a range of supported living services, helping individuals with daily living tasks and developing new skills, both in home settings and in the community.

As an Agency Support Worker, you will be working across a variety of supported living services in the area, supporting individuals with varying support needs, from those with autism, learning difficulties and behaviours that may challenge to individuals who may require extra support around their mental health needs.
Shifts here can vary for days or nights.
A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with an adult or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant
