Job summary

Care Connection in Devizes is seeking experienced Support Workers to join our agency team and support clients across various living services in the area.

As an Agency Support Worker you will assist adults with daily living tasks, following individual care plans, and may work in homes or communities. Shifts 07:00-22:00 with flexible hours and weekly pay £13-£14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in health or social care settings preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures.
• Safeguarding knowledge or training is a plus.

Support Worker

Care Connection are recruiting, experienced Support Workers, to support our clients in the Devizes area!

As an Agency Support Worker, you will be working across a variety of supported living services in the area, supporting individuals with varying support needs, from those with autism, learning difficulties and behaviours that may challenge to individuals who may require extra support around their mental health needs.

Shifts here can be variable between 07.00-22.00.

Job Role:

A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult’s health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with an adult or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant.
