Job summary

Pin Point Health & Social Care is recruiting a Support Worker to deliver compassionate care across the Tees Valley region. The role offers day, night, and sleep-over shift patterns, with pay between £13.20 and £26.40 per hour.

You will enable individuals to access activities, follow person-centred care plans, assist with daily living tasks, and complete routine documentation to support positive outcomes for service users.

We are currently recruiting for experienced Support Worker's to join our established healthcare agency and work within a range of complex care settings across the region.

Within this role, you will deliver exceptional care and support centred on the unique needs of each individual and help support the achievement of positive outcomes for each service user.
