Job summary

Support Worker

Pay - £13.20 - £26.40 per hour

Shift Pattern - Day, Night and Sleep Over Shift Patterns

We are currently recruiting for experienced Support Worker's to join our established healthcare agency and work within a range of complex care settings across the region.

Within this role, you will deliver exceptional care and support centred on the unique needs of each individual and help support the achievement of positive outcomes for each service user.

You will create a supportive, nurturing environment that enhances quality of life, helping people live independently while providing the appropriate level of care and support.

Requirements
