Care Connection is recruiting experienced Support Workers to assist clients in the Trowbridge area across supported living services. You will support individuals with a range of needs, from autism and learning difficulties to mental health support, helping with daily living tasks and skill development.

Shifts run 07:00–22:00 with a sleep-in 22:00–07:00. We offer weekly pay, holiday accrual, Perks at Work, and on-call support, plus induction and refresher training to get you started.

Qualifications

• Ability to support individuals with autism, learning difficulties and mental health needs.

Care Connection are recruiting, experienced Support Workers, to support our clients in the Trowbridge area!

As an Agency Support Worker, you will be working across a variety of supported living services in the area, supporting individuals with varying support needs, from those with autism, learning difficulties and behaviours that may challenge to individuals who may require extra support around their mental health needs.

Shifts here can be variable between 07.00-22.00, they also have a sleep in shift here 22:00-07:00.

Job Role:

A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with an adult or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant
