The Best Connection is recruiting experienced Support Workers to support clients in the Swindon area. You will work across various supported living services, helping individuals with autism, learning difficulties and mental health needs.

Shifts vary, including days, nights, and weekends, with flexible hours around availability. As an Agency Support Worker, you will follow individual support plans, perform daily living tasks, and assist with personal development in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker or in health/social care settings.
• Ability to support adults with varying needs, including autism and learning difficulties.
• Willingness to work across day and night shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support within an adult health or social care environment, assisting with daily living tasks or skill development.
• Follow individual support plans and work with other professionals as needed.

Support Worker

Care Connection are recruiting experienced Support Workers, to support our clients in the Swindon area!

As an Agency Support Worker, you will be working across a variety of supported living services in the area, supporting individuals with varying support needs, from those with autism, learning difficulties and behaviours that may challenge to individuals who may require extra support around their mental health needs.

Shifts here can vary for days or nights.

Job Role:

A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with an adult or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant.
