Job summary

Cygnet is recruiting for a Specialist Day Support Worker at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities. The role is days only, 42 hours per week (8 am–8 pm), with a shift pattern of four days on/three off or three on/four off over two weeks.

You will work with an MDT to deliver outcome-based care, support independence, and promote community integration while safeguarding service users in a safe, clean environment.

Are you a confident Support Worker driven by a passion for delivering exceptional care in a specialist enhanced support environment?

You'll work 42 hours a week days only, making a profound difference in the lives of adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals who may present challenging behaviours.

At Broughton Lodge, we aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.

Depending on the individual's level of need, we have 3 different areas within the service offering different levels of support, including support for young men and women leaving an educational provision:

Shift Pattern: Days (8 am - 8 pm)

• Week 1: 4 days on, 3 days off
• Week 2: 3 days on, 4 days off
