Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a Specialist Day Support Worker to join our team at Broughton Lodge, Macclesfield, a specialist enhanced residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will work 42 hours per week on a Monday-to-Friday pattern (days 8am–8pm), with Week 1: 4 days on, 3 off and Week 2: 3 days on, 4 off.

You will deliver enhanced care in a clinical, supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

About Us

You'll work42 hours a weekdays only, making a profound difference in the lives of adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals who may present challenging behaviours.

Shift Pattern: Days (8 am - 8 pm)

Week 1: 4 days on, 3 days off

Week 2: 3 days on, 4 days off
