Cygnet is recruiting a Specialist Day Support Worker to provide enhanced care for adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge. The role is 42 hours per week, days only, with a multi-disciplinary team to support outcome-based care and diverse service user needs.
You will deliver specialist interventions with a clinical team, assess individual needs, and promote independence within a safe environment.

Are you a confident Support Worker driven by a passion for delivering exceptional care in a specialist enhanced support environment? You'll work 42 hours a week days only, making a profound difference in the lives of adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals who may present challenging behaviours. At Broughton Lodge, we aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways. Depending on the individual’s level of need, we have 3 different areas within the service offering different levels of support, including support for young men and women leaving an educational provision.
