As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with colleagues and PBS leads to provide consistent support.
  • Encouraging individuals to develop new skills and increase their independence.
  • Recording relevant information and completing required documentation.
  • Working as part of a close-knit team to provide consistent, person-centred support.

Previous experience working within a supported living environment would be beneficial. However, full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.

Available Shifts & Work Patterns Shifts: 8:00am 8:00pm

We are recruiting for Support Worker positions as part of our expanding team.

Part-Time: Typically 13 shifts per week.

Split shifts cannot be offered due to the structure and consistency required for the service.

The role requires someone who can remain engaged, responsive and professional throughout the day.

As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting the people we support to have a meaningful day, access their local community and develop their independence.

You will also support the wider team by ensuring accurate information is recorded and communicated.
