Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking flexible Support Workers in Barwell, Leicester (LE9) to help two young men live their best lives. You’ll share full shifts with the same person, delivering truly person-centred care with patience, empathy and reliability.

Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:

We are 2 young men ages between 25 and 29 years we enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities.

We have different support needs such as being supported with behaviours that may challenge, autism and learning disability, our staff are all trained in these areas and have good understanding of our support needs.

We enjoy different activities both indoor and outdoor such as baking, cooking, going to the gym, day centre and visits with family.

We like fun activities, people who have bubbly personalities, people that make us laugh and will support us to achieve our goals and support us with exploring and trying new things.

We are fun, happy, caring individuals. Both of us want a Support Worker that would take interest in us, and the things we enjoy: we need someone who is happy and upbeat and can make us laugh!

What you'll be doing

There are 2 staff on shift in the day: 07.00 to 14.30pm and 14.30pm to 22.00pm. 07.00am to 20.00pm and 1 sleep in shift from 22.00pm to 07.00am
