Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking caring, resilient Support Workers for our Rochester residential service. You will help adults live more independent lives, supporting personal care, daily living skills, and community access. A full UK driving licence is required, with PBS and reflective practice desirable. DBS checks and references are standard.

Support Worker | Rochester | £13.09 per hour

Shifts: Early (7:00am to 2:30pm), Late (2:15pm to 9:45pm) and Long Days (7:00am to 9:45pm). Weekend availability is essential.

We are looking for caring, resilient, and motivated Support Workers to join our friendly residential service in Rochester. You'll support adults to live more independent and fulfilling lives by assisting with personal care, developing daily living skills, accessing the community, and participating in a variety of social activities.

No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting someone on a trip to the cinema or local pub, and the next helping them build confidence in everyday tasks such as cooking, shopping, or planning a holiday.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism, mental health conditions, behaviours of distress, forensic backgrounds, and trauma-related experiences. Experience of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and reflective practice is desirable.
