Job summary

Hightown Housing Association Ltd at Oxleys Road in Stevenage is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults living with mental health challenges achieve independence. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £26,853 per year and a 3pm-11pm shift plus sleep-ins.

You will support with medication, encourage daily living tasks, contribute to support plans, and promote participation in social activities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Experience in a similar support role.
• Flexibility to work weekends and undertake sleep-ins (minimum one per week).

• 8am - 4pm
• 9am - 5pm
