Job summary

Hightown Housing Association Ltd is seeking a part-time Support Worker for Old Barn in Gawcott, Buckingham. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support to four adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities.

This role requires care experience, a care certificate or willingness to undertake one, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. You will help with daily living skills, promote independence and contribute to care plans and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support is preferred.
• Care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Position:Support Worker

Salary: £16,110 per annum
Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Old Barn, a registered care home for four adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support, helping people feel respected, included and empowered to develop independence and achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with colleagues, families and professionals, valuing collaboration to create a safe and positive home environment.
