Job summary

Response is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to assist residents at Grove House, Oxford. You’ll support daily living, wellbeing and independence while building trust-based relationships and coordinating with healthcare professionals.

No prior mental health experience is required; training is provided. The role offers shift patterns including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with a salary of £27,051.44–£28,900 per year and 37 hours per week.

Mental Health Support Worker

Grove House, Oxford

£27,051.44 - £28,900 per year (depending on experience)

37 hours per week, Monday – Sunday, inclusive of bank holidays, shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends & sleep in’s.
