Culverton Court in Princes Risborough is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. You will deliver person-centred care within a supported living service for adults with mental health needs, promoting dignity and independence.

You will provide respectful, person-centred care that promotes dignity and inclusion, working collaboratively to help individuals build life skills, manage daily routines, and achieve their goals. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting with medication
• Encouraging independence through cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
• Contributing to personalised plans and risk assessments

About You

Experience in care or support is essential. The role includes working shifts on a rota, weekends and bank holidays, plus one sleep-in per week (an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in).
