Tamfol is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Wolverhampton to provide person-centred care and support for children and young people. You will help them stay independent, improve wellbeing, and develop life skills in a nurturing environment.

The role requires homecare experience, PMVA/DMI or equivalent certification, and a Full UK driving licence, with RTW without restrictions. A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach is essential to success.

• Experience working with young people.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a related qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience supporting young people with complex care or support needs.
