Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker for Dene Brook in Rotherham. You’ll work full-time, with 42 hours weekly on 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends on a two-week rota, days only, to support residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The role focuses on person-centred care, safety, and wellbeing, with progression through an apprenticeship scheme and a range of staff benefits provided by Cygnet.

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.

You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Dene Brook.

Dene Brook is a specialist residential service in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism and behaviours that may challenge.

We encourage and enable the people we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives.
