Bradbury House, part of Leonard Cheshire, is a welcoming nursing home for 25 residents with complex physical disabilities and sensory impairments. We’re looking for caring, compassionate people who can support daily living, encourage independence, and help residents live life on their own terms.

This part-time role offers 29 hours per week at £13.38 per hour. You’ll work across weekdays and weekends, with full induction and ongoing training provided to ensure you feel supported and respected in

Bradbury House is a unique and exceptional nursing facility catering to 25 individuals with a diverse range of complex physical disabilities and sensory impairments. The home boasts an array of amenities and services, including access to the local community, a sensory garden and room, beauty therapy options, pet therapy, and a rich variety of engaging activities. Bradbury House is only care home in the area for young people with complex physical disabilities and maintaining a person‑centred approach.

Your working hours

We offer part time hours, working 29 hours per week. You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.

Typical shifts may include:

• Long day shifts: [e.g. 7am - 7pm]
• Short day shifts: [e.g. 7am - 1pm, 1pm - 7pm]

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep‑Ins.

We provide specialist support across residential care, supported living, and respite services for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities.
