You will support daily living tasks, encourage independence, accompany people to appointments and events, and keep clear, accurate records. Full induction and training are provided to help you thrive.
The role is full-time and requires flexibility, including weekends and a full UK driving licence to travel as part of duties.

Our Mid-Shires Supported Living service is home to six adults with physical/learning disabilities. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

We provide specialist support across residential care, supported living, and respite services for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities.
