Job summary

Walsingham Support in Rickmansworth seeks compassionate Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities. This is a fulfilling role where you will support individuals in daily living activities and community interactions.

No experience is necessary as training will be provided. You'll be part of a supportive team focused on empowering individuals and helping them achieve their goals, while enjoying a variety of activities.

About Church Lane:

Church Lane is a welcoming and supportive home in Rickmansworth, where you'll help six adults with learning disabilities live happy, fulfilling and independent lives.

Some of the people we support also have autism, dementia and complex health needs, making every day both varied and rewarding.

This is a role where you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference.

You'll provide personalised support with daily living, which may include assisting with medication, personal care, eating and drinking, moving and handling, and other aspects of maintaining health and wellbeing.

Full training will be provided for specialist support, including PEG care where required.
