Walsingham Support is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities live life their way. You’ll provide person-centred support on a 1:1 basis, with 2:1 in the community, and you’ll help with daily living and meaningful activities.

We support four adult men with autism and associated learning disabilities, who may at times display behaviours that challenge.
1 - Experience of working with Autism.
2 - Experience and understanding of PBM
3 - A general understanding that each of those we support is an individual and that their care reflects their individuality.
Shift are a mixture of earlies and lates
7.00 - 14.30 or 14.30 - 22.00
Wakeful - 22.00 - 7.00.
sleep in shift is in addition to the wakeful each night - 22.00 - 07.00
