Job summary

Ashdown Care is seeking a Support Worker in Prudhoe (NE42) to join our dedicated team. This full-time role offers 33 hours per week plus 2.33 sleeps, with a pay rate of £13.60 per hour and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities.

Required:

• Must have experience with challenging behaviour, working in a 2 – 1 basis
• Experience with adults with learning disabilities, autism

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with challenging behaviour.
• UK driving licence, vehicle not required
• Positive, enthusiastic with a great attitude.
• Outgoing and passionate about improving the service user’s quality of life.
• Knowledge of positive behaviour support.
• Proactive and motivated to look for new activities and experiences for the people we support.
• Someone who is open to learning new skills.
