About the Service

Our friendly residential service is home to six individuals (one female and five males) with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We are passionate about delivering person-centred support that enables each individual to live a fulfilling, active, and independent life.

This is a busy and rewarding service, where no two days are the same. The individuals who live here enjoy a wide range of activities, including walking, swimming, community outings, social activities, exploring new experiences and hobbies.

We\'re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and enjoys supporting people to lead active and meaningful lives.

Shift Patterns

This role involves working a variety of shifts across a 7-day rota, including weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.

Typical shift patterns include: 8:00am – 8:00pm, 8:00am; 11:00pm, followed by a sleep-in, then 7:00am – 8:00am the following morning.

Flexibility is essential, as shift patterns are based on the needs of the service.
