Job summary

Voyage Care's Salisbury team is seeking a caring Support Worker to help adults with learning or physical disabilities live more independently. You’ll work as part of a dynamic team to support daily activities and meaningful engagement.

You may assist with personal care, accompany people to local venues, run errands, and encourage participation in the community, hobbies, and social events. The role involves varied shifts (Early, Late, Sleeps, Long Days) and rewards dedication with enhanced pay

Job description

Support Worker – Salisbury - £12.84 ph

Typical Shifts are:

• Early Shifts – 07:00am – 15:00pm
• Late Shifts – 15:00pm – 22:00pm
• Sleeps – 22:00pm – 07:00am
• Long Days – 07:00am – 22:00pm

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Salisbury is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities.
