Job summary

PA Ark Projects Ltd and Salisbury Support Services are expanding their supported living teams and seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs live more independent lives. You’ll provide person‑centred support to promote dignity and choice, alongside experienced colleagues, while helping individuals access the community and attend appointments.

Applicants should be compassionate, reliable and motivated, with strong English communication.

Support Worker

We have a fantastic new job opportunity to join our team at PA Ark Projects Ltd & Salisbury Support Services for a caring and enthusiastic Support Worker to provide person‑centred care and supported living support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

Multiple jobs available.

Salary: £12.71 to £13.57 per hour, depending on skills and qualifications (pay review pending) + benefits.

Location: Merston, Chichester and Bognor Regis, West Sussex.

Job type: Full‑time and part‑time, permanent hours available.

Working hours: Full‑time 38 or 39 hours per week and part‑time opportunities available.

Candidate Requirements

Desirable
  • Previous experience as a Support Worker.
  • RQF/QCF qualification, or equivalent, in Health & Social Care.
  • Previous care experience would be welcomed, although full training is provided.
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
