Voyage Care in Lowestoft is seeking an experienced Support Worker to help people live more independent and fulfilling lives. You’ll work across shifts, providing practical support with daily routines, personal care and community activities.

At our Lowestoft supported living service, you’ll work alongside people who need enhanced support, helping them build independence, develop new skills and enjoy life on their terms.

The Role

Location: Lowestoft

Hours: Full and part time – 22.5 to 35 hours

Shifts: 7am–2.30pm, 2.30pm–10pm, 10pm–8am and sleep-ins

Pay: £13.89ph up to £14.89ph with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements

Your Role

This is a hands-on role where your approach, patience and consistency can make a real difference.

You’ll:

• Support people with their everyday routines and personal care
• Encourage independence and help develop new life skills
