Job summary

Home Group is committed to helping customers live independently and stay connected. You’ll join a role focused on care, respect and practical support that improves lives and makes a real difference every day.

You’ll work a 3-week rolling rota with shifts starting early and finishing late, including some weekends. You’ll be supported by a salary of £26,300 per year plus a health cash plan and other benefits designed to help you thrive.

The practical bits

• You’ll work a 3-week rolling rota with shifts starting as early as 7:00am and finishing as late as 8:30pm
• You’ll also work one weekend in every three, with alternating shifts of 7:00am to 6:30pm and 10:00am to 8:30pm.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
