Job summary

Home Group is hiring to support customers in living independently with care, respect and practical assistance. You will assist with daily tasks, encourage independence and foster a positive, dignified environment. This role is part of a caring, customer-centred team.

You will work 5 days a week on a rolling 4-week rota, with shifts across mornings and early evenings, and must be able to drive with business-insured vehicle access.

• The ability to work on your own initiative, staying calm and positive under pressure.
• Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs.
• A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it).

The practical bits

• Working 5 days a week over 7 days, following a 4 week rolling rota
• Shifts are 08:00am – 16:00pm, 12:00pm to 20:00, 13:15 – 21:15pm, this will include some weekends.
• You need an Enhanced with DBS check (we pay)
• You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes
