Job summary

HRString is a well-established domiciliary care provider delivering high-quality care to service users in their own homes across the UK.

We are seeking dedicated staff to monitor health, assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meals, and household duties, while maintaining confidentiality and dignity at all times. Training will be provided. Previous care experience is welcomed but not required; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is welcomed but training will be provided.
• Must be located in the UK with valid right to work.
• Maintain confidentiality and dignity in care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and medications under supervision, reporting changes to supervisor.
• Assist bedside and personal care, including hygiene and ambulation.
• Support personal care planning, meal preparation and serving.
• Carry out household tasks and maintain records of progress and services performed.

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UK AND HAVE A VALID RIGHT TO WORK, Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
