Job summary

HRString LTD in Bangor, UK is looking for a care worker to perform health-care tasks under supervision from nurses and physiotherapists. You will monitor vital signs and medications, assist with bedside and personal care, and support service users in daily activities.

Responsibilities include helping with meals, maintaining confidentiality, dignity, and recording client progress, with reporting to a manager as needed. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
