Job summary

HRstring LTD seeks caring professionals to provide domiciliary care in the UK. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, meals, and daily living tasks, and maintaining confidential client records. You will work under supervision of qualified staff to ensure high-quality care for service users.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
