Job summary

HRString LTD is a well-established domiciliary care provider in the UK, seeking a dedicated care assistant to support Service Users with daily living tasks and health-care related activities under supervision. You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and record keeping.

Essential requirements include residency in the UK and valid right to work. The role offers an opportunity to deliver compassionate care within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
