Job summary

HRString Ltd seeks dedicated care workers to provide domiciliary support in the UK. You will assist service users with daily living activities, monitor health cues, and maintain records with confidentiality and respect at all times.

Role involves caring for clients in their homes, coordinating with nurses and therapists, and upholding high standards of dignity and privacy. UK residency and valid work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• You must be a resident of the UK with valid right to work.
• Experience in health-care or domiciliary care is welcomed but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and medications under supervision.
• Administer bedside and personal care, including ambulation and hygiene.
• Advise and support service users in personal care.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation and serving.
• Support or undertake household duties like washing and ironing.
• Maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity of service users.
• Prepare and maintain records of progress and report changes.

Job description

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
• Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.
